LED bulb with a high energy efficiency
The LED in the name LED bulb means Light-Emitting Diode. These types of bulbs give off light by continually moving electrons around. Lucide offers a wide selection of LED bulbs with a high energy efficiency. These bulbs won’t lose energy through heat filaments, for example, so they can be up to 90 percent more efficient than traditional incandescent light bulbs. That’s why LED is so popular.

LED bulbs last longer
Another reason why more and more people buy these light bulbs is their lifespan. LED bulbs last much longer, and their lifespan can be up to 50,000 hours. And although the costs for separate LED bulbs may be a bit higher, this difference will be compensated for within a year. So these types of bulbs are also financial winners!
LED in various colours
The separate Lucide LED bulb is available in various light colours. These colours vary from extra warm white light (up to 2700K) and warm wit light (2700K-3000K) to neutral white light (3001K-4000K). The same flexibility in options is available for the fittings. We have the E27 fitting, as well as G4, G53 (AR111), G9, GU10, GX53 and T5.

Our separate LED bulbs are also available in a wide range of shapes, from classic pear-shaped or spherical to tube-shaped and the reflector, as well as many other shapes. It’s the same versatility we also offer for our indoor and outdoor lighting. Pendant lights with LED bulbs, for example, but also wall lighting, ceiling lighting, garden spotlights, bollard lights and much more.
Dimming options
You can also choose whether you want to be able to dim your LED bulbs. This functionality can be selected simply on the Lucide website. LED lighting doesn’t really grow hot, because it turns power into light very efficiently. Unlike the traditional incandescent light bulb, for example, this means that you’ll never burn your hands on LED lights and that LED bulbs can’t cause fires.
Reaching maximum power right away
Unlike the CFL bulb, LED lighting gives off its maximum amount of light as soon as you switch it on. Even if it’s below zero outside. In addition, these light bulbs are resistant to tremors and they’re very environmentally-friendly.
